Our Armature Winding and Electrical Rotating Machines Division specialises in the repair, refurbishment and sales of low-, medium-, and high-voltage AC motors (up to 13 MW), DC motors (up to 10 MW), and transformers (up to 30 MVA). We also service and supply vibrators, generators, alternators, fans, and blowers, working with leading brands such as WEG and other OEM equipment.

Using Sterling Resin VPI technology (vessels 2.8 m × 3.5 m), as well as Elmotherm, Isovar, and Isonel impregnation systems, we ensure consistent insulation integrity and long-term performance. Our workshop is equipped with advanced Risatti and Baker winding analysers, enabling precise diagnostics and quality assurance throughout the repair process.

All repairs are fully tested in-house, with comprehensive test reports issued to clients as part of detailed data packs. Full electrical testing is conducted in accordance with IEEE and/or EASA standards, while our operations are aligned with ISO 9001 quality management systems and relevant SANS 10242 requirements.
